WHEW! WHAT A WEEK!!!!

Well it has been a CRAZY week around our house this week. But here is a just a TINY portion of our busy, hectic, crazy week. I could write for DAYS on the adventures of the last 10 days, but will save you the gory details:) And will just post a few fun things we did:)

ON THE 24TH (PIONEER DAY) ME AND THOM WENT OUT TO A NICE CATERED DINNER

WITH THE OKLAHOMA GROUP (A GROUP OF 25 FROM DUNCAN OKLAHOMA ON A MISSIONS TRIP TO HURRICANE, TO HELP WITH OUR VBS AND REVIVAL (THIS IS WHERE THE PAGES OF ADVENTURES COME IN)) AND THEN WE HAD ICE CREAM AND FIREWORKS WITH OUR GOOD FRIENDS MELISSA AND LEVI.

DADDY WAS UP HELPING WITH THE BAPTISMS SO HE WAS ABLE TO BE CLOSE WHEN KAIDEN DID HIS.

GRIZZLY

Yes, I am a glutton for punishment, LOL! We ran into this lady giving these CUTE puppies away, and we could not turn away without one. Okay my family could not turn away, they were cute, but I could have done without:) So Kaiden got his first dog, we feel like he is able to handle the responsibility of a dog now. So here is the other newest addition to our family. He is actually all the boys', the boys have a puppy, and the girls have a kitten. He is a sweet little thing, him and Belle get along just fine. He is only 9 weeks old, and he is half black Lab and half Pekingese, can you believe that?!?!? I asked the lady, how did that happen? :-) His name is Grizzly(Grizz), cause he looks like a little grizzly bear.

See Raphael, it can happen just like that! One minute you are walking into Wal-Mart to buy diapers, and the next you are shopping for dog food! BE CAREFUL, THE KIDS WILL DRAG YOU INTO PUPPY PARENTHOOD!!!!! YOU ARE NOT IMMUNE! :-)

BELLE STARR

Well the girls got a new kitten yesterday. She is just a precious little thing, she is only 4 months old, born March 16th. I got her from a friend who did not have the time to give her the attention that she needs. But I do have the time, and the kids to give it to her. And the kids LOVE her! And she is enjoying all her attention (mostly, LOL). She is beautiful. She looks like a little bandit with her black circles around her eyes, and well she acts like one too:) So we named her Belle, after Belle Starr, "Her popular image, generated by biographies and motion pictures, was that of an attractive, amorous and ruthless female gang leader - a female Jesse James, as she was often called". We love our little Belle, she is just a welcome, precious addition to our family:)

RYLIE

Rylie had her Kindergarten checkup on Monday. She is SOOOO excited to be starting school in August! She checked out just fine. She is perfect according to her doctor. She is tiny though, She is only 37 pounds and 41 inches tall. Just a cute little thing:) She is only in the 9th percentile for her height, and 16th for weight. But for her weight to height it is 98th percentile, so she is perfect, just petite:) She ended up having to get 3 shots, but she was very brave! And now she is all ready for Kindergarten, and sooo excited! :)

KAIDEN'S BIRTHDAY PARTY ~~~ PART 1

Well yesterday was Kaiden's birthday. But because he left yesterday to go with his friends, Wyatt and Noah to CMR~Cedar Mountain Retreat, it is a Christian, Bible kids camp. He will be gone till Friday:( I miss him so much already! So as he was leaving on his birthday, we had to celebrate before. So his birthday lasted for 3 days here at home, and then he gets to play and have fun for his entire week. Pretty good deal if you ask me:)

I cannot believe he is 9 already! So much stuff has happened in the last nine years. I never thought we would be where we are today. 9 years ago, when I gave birth to Kaiden, I NEVER would have thought I would have married Thom and have had another 4 kids. My life is so full and rich today. And I know alot of it is due to the circumstances and experiences I went through and dealt with during the nine months I was pregnant with him. I thank God for all those challenges, and what a blessing He has turned it all into!!!!

We love you so much Kaiden Michael Montgomery Tobin Joseph Lee!!!!!! You are a light and a blessing in our lives!!!!

KAIDEN'S BIRTHDAY PARTY ~~~ PART 2

On Saturday we had a cake party, it was supposed to be on Sunday with his shooting trip, but because my brother was in from Salt Lake, we changed it at the last minute. Seriously we gave his friends a half hour notice, but luckily most were able to show up. :) We had the Wilkins over, the Kerstens, the Maycocks, Grandma and Grandpa and Uncle Mike and Aunt Sheri.
